Elizabeth Middour

A move to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 1970 allowed Elizabeth to spend her childhood and beyond on this pristine coastal island. Exploring the marshes, creeks, and beaches was a wonderful form of entertainment. The beauty of the Lowcountry, where she still resides, has inspired her for most of her artistic journey. While she is at home painting many different subjects, most of her oil paintings reflect the unique experiences of a life spent near the coast.
