Return Policy for Lowcountry Artists LLC

At Lowcountry Artists LLC, we want you to be thrilled with your fine art and custom framing purchases from miscmurrellsinlet.com or our Murrells Inlet store. This Return Policy outlines your options if you’re not satisfied, ensuring a smooth experience while protecting our business. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number.
Photos of the damage or issue.
A brief description of the problem. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Contact us at lowcountryartistsgallery@gmail.com or (843) 577-9295.

2. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased with discounts that exceed 10% are final sale unless defective.
Altered or Used Items: Art or products that have been modified, damaged, or used beyond inspection are non-returnable. Returns must be in original condition with packaging and initiated within 48 hours of delivery (except damages, 7 days).

3. Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges: Available for defective or incorrect non-custom art items within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us for approval. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds: Eligible for non-custom art in original condition within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Shipping Costs: Non-refunded unless the return is due to our error or damage. Return shipping is your responsibility for non-defective items.

How to Initiate a Return
