This Return Policy outlines your options if you’re not satisfied, ensuring a smooth experience while protecting our business. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage or issue.
- A brief description of the problem. We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Contact us at lowcountryartistsgallery@gmail.com or (843) 577-9295.
2. Exceptions/Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are non-returnable unless defective:- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased with discounts that exceed 10% are final sale unless defective.
- Altered or Used Items: Art or products that have been modified, damaged, or used beyond inspection are non-returnable. Returns must be in original condition with packaging and initiated within 48 hours of delivery (except damages, 7 days).
3. Exchanges and Refunds- Exchanges: Available for defective or incorrect non-custom art items within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us for approval. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Refunds: Eligible for non-custom art in original condition within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refunded unless the return is due to our error or damage. Return shipping is your responsibility for non-defective items.

How to Initiate a Return- Contact us within 48 hours (7 days for damages) with your order details and issue.
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Return the item in original condition to our Chrleston store or designated address.
